📋 Description

• Senior Salesforce Consultant working on strategic projects • Map business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions • Design functional and technical architecture across multiple clouds • Configure, customize, and integrate Salesforce with other systems • Lead discovery, refinement, and stakeholder alignment • Guide the technical team and review delivered solutions • Ensure platform quality, performance, and governance • Drive continuous improvement and the Salesforce roadmap for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Salesforce Consultant on complex projects • Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (configuration and best practices) • Experience in process design, requirements gathering, and functional documentation • Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, or similar) • Proficient English for technical reading and participation in meetings • Previous experience working remotely and under a contractor (PJ) arrangement • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, Architect, Dev) | Differentials • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ • Background in consulting firms or multinational projects • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver executive presentations
