• Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and goals for R&R mainline business • Directly manage major & critical accounts to maximize & grow sales opportunities with your assigned teams • Actively participate in monthly sales meetings, forecast meetings, product meetings & market share analysis • Gather & communicate monthly market, customer & product intelligence with the appropriate person & groups at company • Set sales performance and individual goals for your teams • Follow up on lead generation from marketing and inside sales team • Lead and manage forecasting on mainline products and manage expenses at or below budgeted levels
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required • 5+ years relevant sales or industry experience • Valid US driver’s license • Excellent communication skills • Strong working knowledge of all products marketed by the company. • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans and comprehensive sales programs. • Travel requirements estimated at 60 - 75% overnight travel.
