📋 Description
• Actively search, identify, and recruit affiliates and KOLs across SEA markets • Build and scale a local and regional affiliate network from scratch • Conduct daily outreach via Instagram, Telegram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, email, forums, and communities • Communicate partnership terms and onboard new affiliates • Support affiliates during activation and campaign launches • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners • Coordinate promotions, launches, and campaigns with affiliates • Ensure partners follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, Design, and Compliance teams
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, KOL/influencer marketing, or business development • Strong experience in manual search and outbound outreach • Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) • Other languages as a plus (Bahasa Indonesian, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa Malaysia) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Experience or strong interest in crypto, trading, fintech • Independent, proactive, and comfortable working remotely • Existing network of SEA affiliates or KOLs (nice to have) • Experience working with CPA/revenue share/hybrid affiliate models (nice to have) • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools (nice to have)
