• Responsible for expanding and further developing the business in your market segment within the DACH region • Acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers • Identifying and implementing new business opportunities • Working closely with national and international specialist departments • Contributing to company success by unlocking new potential and strengthening TP’s market position • Successfully establishing new client relationships and developing complex enterprise opportunities
• Several years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or Strategic Sales Management, ideally at an international level • Proven success in acquiring new customers ("New Logos") and closing complex enterprise deals • Solid market knowledge of Germany, Austria and Switzerland and a resilient network at management and C-level • Several years of professional experience in the Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, ideally with a strong understanding of customer-centric service and transformation solutions • Extensive experience in Solution Selling, Consultative Selling and Value-Based Selling • Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with high execution capability • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in German and English (minimum B2 level) • High self-motivation, resilience and the ability to succeed in dynamic and demanding market environments • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
