📋 Description

• Managing strategic client accounts for BloodManagement and Bedside Transfusion Solutions across DACH Region • Achieving sales targets through unique strategies for key accounts • Responsible for successful adoption of Transfusion Management systems • Creating reports of usage and deploying plans with customers • Identifying challenges and providing direct support and training • Bringing in new business and developing relationships with key clients • Cascading targets for product lines to agents and coaching them • Developing and executing account management plans to drive growth • Coordinating product education for customers and agents • Involvement in national projects and strategic discussions • Building strong relationships to strengthen competitive position

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration / Engineer / Life science • 7 years minimum in sales, preferably in healthcare or medical devices • Strong technical and clinical knowledge in medical procedural techniques • Experience in project management and consultative selling • Ability to create influential relationships and overcome sales obstacles • Proactive and strong customer relationship skills • Comfortable interacting with clinicians at high levels • Ability to understand and train customers; effective presentation skills • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills • Native or bilingual proficiency in German with fluent English
