📋 Description

• Build new growth areas beyond the core business • Develop opportunities with a clear, logical rationale • Independently develop and implement strategic initiatives • P&L responsibility for the relevant areas • Cross-functional collaboration with various company departments • Identify partnerships with revenue potential • Conduct independent negotiations and successfully close deals

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years in Business Development or Strategy • Proven track record of building something new, not just optimizing • Startup or scale-up experience required • Strong negotiation skills: independently negotiate with external partners • Analytical skills: ability to build robust business cases • Strong decision-making ability when driving initiatives • Strong stakeholder management and clear communication • Self-starter: able to drive topics independently • Ideally experience in D2C, consumer brands, or health/wellness • Openness to using AI tools
