⢠Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for industrial solutions (e.g., energy savings) in close collaboration with internal and external partners ⢠Communicate these strategies to the sales teams and actively support their implementation ⢠Act as the primary point of contact for sales to share best practices and co-develop solutions ⢠Responsible for sales targets including own budget, growth plans, and management of relevant KPIs ⢠Maintain active customer contact to market product lines, portfolio, services, and growth initiatives, and negotiate commercial agreements (including pricing, discount and volume structures) within delegated authority ⢠Maintain and manage opportunities in relevant tools (e.g., CRM), including standard quotations and project opportunities ⢠Support D-A-CH marketing with subject-matter expertise (e.g., for materials and events), participate in trade shows/events, and perform regular analysis and reporting on market trends, competition and customer behavior
⢠Vocational training and/or degree, preferably with knowledge in engineering, business development or sales ⢠German: fluent in spoken and written; English: good communication skills ⢠Technical understanding and interest in technical products ⢠Affinity for technical software applications and communication protocols, and willingness to quickly learn new systems ⢠Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region
