📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the German market to drive company growth. • Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively penetrate the German market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, partners and relevant stakeholders. • Conduct market analyses and research to support informed decision-making. • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to tailor promotional and sales strategies specifically for Germany. • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships. • Support new customers during project rollouts. • Prepare regular reports on business development progress and relevant market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the EV charging industry, with a track record in acquiring new customers and entering new markets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to develop and successfully implement effective business strategies. • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. • Residence in North Rhine-Westphalia and willingness to travel within Germany as needed to visit customers and attend industry events. • Experience working with CRM software.
