📋 Description

• First contact with leads via phone, email & LinkedIn • Conduct brief needs assessments • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives • Maintain & document all activities in the CRM • Manage and optimize follow-up sequences • Participate in weekly pipeline and target check-ins

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills, motivation, curiosity & determination • Comfortable with phone outreach and initiating contact • Organized, structured approach to work and quick learner • Willingness to grow, accept feedback & pursue professional development • German language skills at a minimum of C1 level, spoken and written • Some experience in pre-sales is a plus but not required
