• Central point of contact for Aptic in the DACH region • Responsible for Aptic's business development in the DACH region (focus on Germany) • New customer acquisition targeting banks, factoring companies and debt collection agencies • Preparation of a business plan, particularly with regard to market entry • Development and execution of the business development strategy • Close collaboration with the teams in the Netherlands and Sweden • Participation in meetings (international & national) • Attendance at relevant trade shows and events
• Extensive experience in business development (B2B) • Proven expertise in selling (core) software solutions to banks • Deep knowledge of the financial sector • Established network within banks and/or factoring companies • Experience in the factoring environment (ideal) • Familiarity with long sales cycles • Strong networking skills • Solid commercial understanding • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Proven track record of successful teamwork • Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness • Proactive, hands-on approach • Excellent communication skills • Good command of English
