📋 Description

• You carry out your own prospecting based on our ICPs and positioning. • You contact relevant stakeholders via LinkedIn and other tools and schedule follow-up meetings. • You research your own lead lists and create campaigns in HubSpot. • You identify companies' needs and problems. • You experiment with different channels and messaging to find your most effective approach.

🎯 Requirements

• You enjoy cold outreach and have a knack for engaging decision-makers. • Generating leads on a daily basis plays to your strengths. • You have a successful track record selling B2B services. • You have experience with mid-sized companies (SMEs), either as an employer or as a client. • You work in a self-organized, results-oriented way—both in a team and independently. • You work in a structured and efficient way with HubSpot or comparable CRMs. • You communicate professionally in German (C1). • You value a secure fixed salary and don’t rely on bonuses to perform at your best.
