📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives to drive sustainable growth. • Conduct a thorough analysis of the current market landscape, competitive environment, and industry trends. • Define clear business objectives, growth targets, and strategic priorities. • Develop a comprehensive business development strategy that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and resource allocation. • Identify and prioritize key client accounts. • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at key client organizations. • Develop tailored account plans to address the specific needs and goals of each key account. • Proactively manage account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for market expansion, product diversification, or strategic partnerships. • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of new business ventures. • Develop detailed business cases and proposals for new initiatives. • Lead the execution of business development projects, including negotiations, contract management, and resource allocation. • Identify and evaluate new markets with high growth potential.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within the DACH market for an OEM. • Strong understanding of DACH business dynamics and commercial regulations. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. • Ability to build trust and influence at senior levels. • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. • Fluent in German and English.
