📋 Description

• Collaborate with developers, scientists, and medical professionals to develop innovative product ideas and concepts • Coordinate the entire product development process—from the initial idea through a successful launch and beyond • Create precise, structured product briefs for the graphic design and marketing teams • Manage the end-to-end planning, prioritization, and ongoing development of cross-functional projects • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow across all channels (B2C and B2B) • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and define clear USPs for our products in close coordination with the marketing team • Create and manage label data in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, nutritional science, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in product management, quality management, or project management—ideally in the food or dietary supplements industry • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Enjoy working in a team and communicate openly, clearly, and effectively • Independent, organized, and comfortable working in an agile and dynamic environment • Enthusiastic about professional challenges and committed to continuous development • Willing to pursue regular training and strategically expand your expertise • Business-fluent in German and English
