• Former VP, SVP, or above at a national or large regional homebuilder • Experience operating across divisions or at corporate level • Background in land development, operations, or similar functions • Strong executive presence and credibility • Ability to influence without authority • Ability to translate experience into strategic insights • Curious and forward-thinking • Interested in shaping industry evolution • Energized by strategy and impact
