• Act as the right hand of the Marketing leadership team • Lead full spectrum of People processes in Marketing • Serve as a project manager of change • Validate critical Marketing hires • Strengthen the department’s culture • Directly coach managers and contributors • Define and monitor key people-related KPIs • Lead initiatives that improve workflows, collaboration, and inter-team connections
• Proven experience as an HR/People Manager in high-growth ecommerce or digital-first companies • Hands-on track record with Performance Marketing and Growth teams • 3–5 years in leadership roles building and executing People strategy • Strong background in process improvement, organizational design, and project management • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Administration, or related fields • Certifications in Project Management or Process Improvement (PMP, Agile, Lean, etc.) highly valued • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken (B2+)
