⢠Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels. ⢠Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. ⢠Conduct high-volume initial phone and video interviews. ⢠Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role. ⢠Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations. ⢠Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings. ⢠Proactively engage passive candidates and build relationships with prospective hires. ⢠Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams. ⢠Ensure candidates receive a professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring process. ⢠Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system. ⢠Manage job postings and ensure openings remain current across recruiting platform. ⢠Keep recruiting workflows organized and moving efficiently. ⢠Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to maintain momentum throughout the hiring process. ⢠Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management. ⢠Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency. ⢠Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities. ⢠Maintain a high level of organization across multiple open positions simultaneously.
⢠Highly organized and detail-oriented. ⢠Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with candidates. ⢠Comfortable conducting multiple candidate interviews each day. ⢠Able to manage competing priorities and multiple open positions simultaneously. ⢠Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. ⢠Comfortable sourcing candidates and proactively reaching out to passive talent. ⢠Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools. ⢠1-3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or recruiting coordination experience. ⢠Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, customer service, operations, or corporate roles is preferred. ⢠Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. ⢠Naturally curious and skilled at asking the right questions to assess candidate fit. ⢠Committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
