📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for questions about energy supply, invoices, or monthly prepayments. • Provide competent support with the customer portal, including login issues and password resets. • Advise customers on modern energy services such as wallboxes, photovoltaic systems, and e-mobility, and help them navigate the website. • Use SAP and internal software to process customer inquiries accurately. • Handle daily phone calls and resolve requests related to energy supply.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience working on an energy-provider project in a call center is required. • You must be available to start full-time on November 16. • Flexibility to work within service hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, along with a confident communication style. • A friendly and empathetic telephone manner.
