📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for questions about energy supply, bills, or advance payments. • Support customers in using the customer portal, including login assistance and password resets. • Advise customers on energy services such as wallboxes, photovoltaic systems, and e-mobility, and help them navigate the website. • Use SAP and internal software to process customer inquiries accurately. • Handle daily phone calls and resolve customer requests related to energy supply.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience working on an energy project for a utility company (EVU) in a call center is essential. • You must be available to start full-time with us from November 23. • Flexibility to work within service hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.). • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, along with strong communication skills. • A friendly and empathetic manner on the phone.
