📋 Description
• Responsible for full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers • Utilize various internal and external sources to help customers find the best candidates • Ensure sustained growth of Driver Count • Provide best-in-class safety and compliance • Develop strategy for onboarding and retaining drivers • Support a learning culture that experiments using the OKR process • Collaborate with varying levels of TransForce team members and customer resources • Seek local sources for high quality applicants • Build relationships within local communities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred • 2 years of successful recruiting experience desired • Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred • Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals • General knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and web-based software
