• 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field • Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods • Working toward QKA or QPA certification (preferred) • Experience with other plan types (401(k), DB, CB, etc.)
