📋 Description
• Schedule recording sessions for a Data Collection project in Pune, India • Communicate with potential participants via phone or email • Screen participants based on defined criteria • Check participant availability and schedule sessions • Respond to pre-study participant questions • Provide logistical information • Send reminders to encourage attendance and minimize no-shows • Fill session schedules days in advance • Communicate daily schedule updates to the project team
🎯 Requirements
• Idiomatic fluency in Marathi • Ability to adapt to the IST time zone • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed • Computer competency for data entry and production of reports and schedules • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and applied feedback • Outstanding customer service skills • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and electronic media • Extremely detail-oriented • Experience working in a team
