📋 Description

• Expand TransPerfect's database of freelance linguists • Translate from English into Acholi • Work in the Life Sciences subject area, specifically Informed Consent Forms • Maintain translation quality and professionalism under tight deadlines • Sign a confidentiality agreement

🎯 Requirements

• Native level of target language • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Specialized in Life Sciences: Informed Consent Form • Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar • Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines • One of: a degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies or an equivalent degree with significant translation training from a recognized higher-education institution; 2 years of translation experience and a college degree; 5 years of translation experience and no degree; or a certificate of competence in translation awarded by an appropriate government body • Trados 2022 license question included in application
