📋 Description

• Process “Calls for Help” received from the supported gaming community • Become familiar with supported games to resolve player issues • Stay up to date with workflow, policy, and gameplay changes • Use ticketing and social media platforms • Find creative solutions to day-to-day issues • Track data on forms or spreadsheets and assist with reporting • Support managers with ad-hoc tasks • Meet KPIs including productivity, quality, and player satisfaction • Enforce community rules fairly • Report issues and trends found in the game • Support game developers and publishers across the globe

🎯 Requirements

• Native or professional level of Spanish with excellent oral and written skills • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision • Knowledge of gaming social media platforms including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord • Passion for video games • CV must be submitted in English • Applicants must be comfortable working in a remote setting • English proficiency level is assessed during application • Spanish proficiency level is assessed during application
