📋 Description

• Process ‘Calls for Help’ received from the supported community • Become familiarized with supported games to resolve player issues • Stay up to date with workflow, policy, and gameplay changes • Use ticketing and social media platforms • Find creative solutions to day-to-day issues • Assist with reporting by tracking data on forms or spreadsheets • Support managers with ad-hoc tasks • Reach KPIs including productivity, quality, and player satisfaction • Enforce community rules and treat everyone fairly in the game context • Report issues or trends found in the game • Provide player support for game developers and publishers across the globe

🎯 Requirements

• Native or professional-level Russian with excellent oral and written skills • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision • Knowledge of gaming social media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord • Passion for video games • CV must be submitted in English
