• Support high-touch, escalated consumer cases • Intake complaints via numerous channels • Consult with internal and external support groups to resolve credit file related issues • Conduct research into all complaints and recommend required action • Train and onboard new Investigation team members • Manage incoming consumer inquiries ensuring timely responses • Maintain training materials and operational documentation
• 3+ years of subject matter expertise in all areas of consumer Investigations • Ability to speak and write in French is a must • Strong decision-making skills • Excellent problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask • Strong customer service skills to maintain relationship between TransUnion and customers. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team.
