📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with HR teams and become a trusted adviser • Create and execute strategic, audience-focused communications plans • Develop and deliver content across intranet stories and posts, emails, videos, talking points, digital signage and social media • Help leaders communicate clearly, authentically and effectively • Find and tell stories that strengthen TransUnion’s culture and showcase it as a great place to work • Use performance data and feedback to improve reach and effectiveness • Develop AI-powered solutions to automate tasks, simplify basic communications needs, provide DIY options and support strategy and innovation • Help the team evolve, innovate and raise the bar • Partner with HR leaders to communicate HR strategy, programs and priorities clearly, relevantly and impactfully

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in communications, journalism or a related field • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills • Ability to make complex topics clear, concise and compelling • Audience-focused communication skills, including empathy and personality • Ability to design and execute effective tactical plans while keeping the big picture in mind • Curiosity, creativity and experience with new technology, including AI • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet deadlines • Problem-solving skills and ability to build trust quickly • Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or a closely related field • Experience with HR or employer branding is a bonus • Experience in global or multicultural organizations is a bonus • Experience with Workvivo or similar employee communication platforms is a bonus • Must work from a fibre-ready home environment in South Africa • Minimum 100/100 Mbps fibre line installed or upgraded by day one of employment • Working outside of South Africa is not permitted • Certain roles may require a clear credit record
