📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses to gather, verify, and update financial, operational, and company information • Complete comprehensive business interviews to collect accurate commercial data • Obtain information for business credit reports and commercial credit assessments • Educate business owners and stakeholders on maintaining accurate business information and credit profiles • Explain complex credit reporting concepts clearly and simply • Promote commercial credit reports and related products • Build and maintain professional relationships with business representatives and decision-makers • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity, quality, and performance targets • Conduct follow-up calls to clarify, complete, or validate outstanding information • Investigate and resolve concerns about report accuracy, completeness, and data quality • Capture and maintain collected information in company systems and databases • Perform quality checks on information received from businesses • Handle customer queries and objections professionally • Identify opportunities to enhance the commercial database • Contribute to revenue generation by improving the value and quality of commercial reports • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and business objectives • Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and information security standards • Maintain knowledge of commercial credit reporting products, services, and industry trends • Provide feedback on customer concerns, market trends, and data quality improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service/inbound call centre • Knowledge of FRCA laws and regulations • Strong business acumen • Demonstrated active listening skills and patience handling escalated emotions with consumer customers • Strong English speaking and writing skills • A secondary language for a specific region • Highly detailed and organized, with ability to manage multiple high priorities and changing work priorities • Proficient computer skills navigating the Internet, web-based applications, MS Office or other business software • Matric • Must reside in South Africa • Must reside in a fibre-ready home with space to work comfortably and confidentially • Minimum 100/100 Meg Fibre line required • Some positions may require a clear credit record
