⢠Support the Manager in overseeing daily field sales operations across assigned venues and events ⢠Serve as a professional brand ambassador and sales leader for Travel and Leisure Vacations ⢠Actively engage in face-to-face package sales, guest interaction, and vacation package promotion ⢠Provide on-the-spot coaching, guidance, and feedback to Vacation Sales Agents ⢠Assist with onboarding, training reinforcement, and performance development of new and existing agents ⢠Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements ⢠Monitor individual and team performance against established production goals ⢠Assist with workforce scheduling, break coverage, and event staffing logistics ⢠Support setup, teardown, and overall presentation of sales booths and displays ⢠Escalate guest concerns, operational issues, and compliance risks as needed ⢠Responsible for travel arrangements for self and team members
⢠High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills ⢠Ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports ⢠Provide exceptional customer service ⢠Ability to efficiently multi-task ⢠Ability to negotiate effectively ⢠Ability to TO/Close for VSAs ⢠Ability to recruit, train and develop employees ⢠Ability to lead by example ⢠Detail oriented and accurate ⢠Ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws ⢠Demonstrated problem solving ability ⢠Two (2) years marketing/sales experience required, primarily in vacation ownership industry
