• Represent the organization professionally while working with clients and partners. • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and complete travel bookings. • Build customized ski and golf vacation packages including airfare, accommodations, transfers, rentals, tee times, lift tickets, lessons, and insurance. • Finalize all itinerary components. • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email. • Collect all necessary booking details to ensure accuracy and seamless processing across departments. • Process credit card payments and handle booking changes, deviations, and pricing updates. • Offer trip cancellation and travel medical insurance to all clients. • Exercise sound judgment in enforcing terms and conditions while supporting client satisfaction and retention. • Follow up on receivables to ensure timely processing. • Support consumer events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years of travel consulting experience, preferably with a focus on ski or golf travel. • Strong sales acumen with the ability to build, retain, and grow client relationships. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • In-depth knowledge of travel products, booking processes, and industry terminology. • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. • Independent problem-solving skills with sound judgment and initiative. • Ski or golf experience is a strong asset. • Customer-service mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences. • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and rapport with clients. • Must be available for industry events, site visits, and participate in familiarization trips.
