📋 Description

• Research and identify potential dealer partners in priority U.S. states (California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, Ohio, Colorado) • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, online networking, and digital channels • Deliver compelling sales presentations via video conferencing and digital tools • Negotiate and secure new dealer agreements to expand the U.S. dealer network • Consistently meet or exceed dealer recruitment and sign-up targets • Support new dealers remotely with onboarding, showroom setup guidance, merchandising recommendations, and sales process orientation • Provide dealer staff with product knowledge, features, competitive advantages, and sales & marketing materials • Coordinate with the North American team to ensure smooth integration of new partners • Conduct online market research to track competitive activity and identify regional growth opportunities • Track and report on dealer prospecting, dealer agreements, and regional growth opportunities • Collaborate closely with leadership and international teams to align on U.S. expansion strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in business development, dealer recruitment, or B2B sales • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; comfortable with outbound calling and digital lead generation • Hot Tub, Swim Spa, or related wellness industry experience is a major plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently from the Philippines • Strong organizational and reporting skills; comfortable with CRM and online sales tools
