📋 Description

• Own full-cycle accounting for assigned real estate assets (initially ~4 properties) • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledgers • Perform month-end and year-end close processes by property • Produce complete and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) per asset • Reconcile bank accounts and property-level accounts regularly • Maintain accurate records within Yardi Breeze • Ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple properties and entities • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners as needed • Support accounting scalability as new assets are acquired • Other tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in real estate or property accounting • Proven experience managing accounting for multiple properties or assets • Strong hands-on experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements • Experience using Yardi Breeze or similar property management accounting systems • Highly independent self-starter who “owns” their work and delivers with minimal oversight • Strong attention to detail and accountability • Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
