• Educate HCPs on ERP therapy’s evidence-based impact • Build and expand relationships with behavioral health prescribers and health systems in Northern CA • Customize approaches to meet the unique needs of clinicians and organizations • Lead sales conversations to achieve and exceed monthly referral and partnership targets • Use CRM tools and analytics to inform strategies and optimize outcomes • Represent NOCD with authority, integrity, and a patient-centric focus
• Bachelor’s degree required • 2+ years of B2B medical sales experience, ideally in referral-based, health care markets, dental, or ADP • Proven ability to challenge customers’ assumptions and deliver compelling insights to HCPs or C-suite executives • Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed sales strategies • Strategic, assertive mindset; experience in high-growth or startup environments preferred • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the territory
