📋 Description

• Design end-to-end product experiences, from discovery through delivery and iteration • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows • Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to inform design decisions • Partner with Product Managers to define problems, validate solutions, and prioritize work • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs • Work with Marketing to ensure consistency across product and brand touchpoints • Contribute to and evolve our design system and UX standards • Use data and user feedback to continuously improve the user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solving process • Experience designing complex platforms, dashboards, or workflow-heavy applications • Hands-on experience conducting user research and user interviews • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment
