• Manage the full sales cycle with families interested in Trexo devices, from initial contact to closing the sale. • Conduct consultations with families to understand their needs and explain Trexo’s technology and benefits. • Maintain consistent communication with prospective customers to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in the UK market. • Guide families and professional partners through UK access pathways, including medico legal cases, charity applications, fundraising, and personal budget routes where applicable. • Liaise with solicitors, case managers, expert witnesses, financial deputies, therapists, and clinics to support evaluation, documentation, and funding decisions. • Work closely with the Marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and convert interest into sales. • Build relationships with physiotherapists, clinics, and community organizations that support children with mobility challenges. • Participate in events, demonstrations, and community outreach to increase awareness of Trexo in the UK. • Provide feedback on market needs, customer questions, and barriers to adoption. • Work with Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new families.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, assistive technology, healthcare, or other high-value direct sales environments. • Proven ability to sell directly to consumers (B2C) and guide customers through complex purchasing decisions. • Experience navigating funding, reimbursement, or access pathways for medical devices, rehabilitation technology, assistive technology, or other high value healthcare products. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with families. • Experience managing a structured sales pipeline and achieving sales targets. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing sales data. • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the UK for customer meetings, demonstrations, and events.
