📋 Description

• Scale the global team from 100 to 200+ employees over the next 12 months • Design, implement, and optimize the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution • Expand, mentor, and empower an internal TA team • Introduce AI tools and modern technology into recruiting workflows • Partner with leaders to understand role needs, gaps, and business impact • Build dashboards and KPIs for a predictable recruitment lifecycle and data-driven hiring decisions • Drive critical, executive, and hyper-niche hires across international time zones, including AI, reverse engineering, and B2G defense sales roles • Translate talent-market insights and business needs into effective hiring strategies and priorities • Promote recruiting excellence and help leaders hire quickly without sacrificing talent quality • Build the employer brand around TRG’s AI, reverse engineering, and defense domain • Communicate the company’s value proposition to attract top talent

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting globally • Strong track record as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner hiring a wide range of roles in the high-tech industry • 2+ years leading a team • Proven leadership experience in a tech or product company • Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, global hyper-growth environment • Excellent communication skills in English • Positive, can-do mindset and problem-solving ability • BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Behavioral Science or an equivalent degree is advantageous, not required • Experience scaling a tech company through rapid growth, ideally from approximately 100 to 200+ employees • Experience recruiting across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas • Ability to source talent and design strategy, build teams, and analyze funnel data • Ability to understand complex deep-tech products, customer personas, and regional hiring nuances
