📋 Description

• Own recruitment roles from intake to placement • Ensure strong candidate-client alignment • Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates • Build and maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process • Contribute to sourcing strategies and develop talent pipelines • Maintain accurate and structured candidate data in the ATS • Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes • Support recruitment operations, documentation, and smooth process execution

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in recruitment • Experience with remote and international hiring • Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills • High attention to detail and structured way of working • Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset • Primary focus on Digital, Creative, and Marketing roles, with flexibility across other verticals • Comfortable working as a full-time independent contractor • Availability primarily aligned with Philippine working hours, with flexibility
