📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries, functions and seniority levels • Recruit for Engineering, Data, AI, Product, QA, DevOps/SRE, Sales and other technical and commercial positions • Translate business needs into candidate profiles and recruitment strategies • Partner with hiring managers to define required skills, seniority, experience and behaviours • Assess technical candidates’ expertise, experience and fit for TRG’s product environment • Assess Sales candidates’ market exposure, customer network, revenue ownership and sales performance • Identify candidates with relevant public-sector, government or enterprise experience • Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and other channels • Navigate niche talent markets and engage passive candidates • Conduct initial interviews and provide structured candidate assessments • Manage candidates throughout the process and ensure a professional, transparent experience • Lead offer discussions and support closing strong candidates • Build relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership • Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations and recruitment risks • Keep stakeholders aligned and accountable throughout recruitment processes • Use recruitment data to monitor pipelines, identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes • Develop sourcing strategies for difficult or niche roles • Support employer-branding and talent-attraction initiatives • Improve recruitment processes, interview structure and candidate communication • Help TRG scale its recruitment approach

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience managing end-to-end recruitment • At least 4 years in Talent Acquisition • Proven experience recruiting internationally for a global company • Strong experience recruiting Engineering/technical professionals and Sales/commercial profiles • Experience hiring senior and business-critical positions across different markets • Background in a software product, SaaS or technology company strongly preferred • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment • Strong direct-sourcing and candidate-engagement capabilities • Ability to assess candidates beyond the CV and provide clear recommendations • Experience partnering with senior leaders and challenging requirements • Strong ownership, judgement and ability to work independently • Excellent English communication skills • Organised and structured without being overly process-driven or rigid • Curiosity about the business, roles, customers and markets recruited for
