📋 Description

• Own recruitment processes end-to-end, from intake and search strategy through sourcing, interviews, offers, and closing • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through search and direct outreach • Independently drive recruitment processes forward without constant direction or follow-up • Partner with hiring managers and keep them engaged, aligned, and accountable throughout hiring • Manage multiple searches, candidates, priorities, and stakeholders in a structured and organised manner • Challenge and improve how the company attracts, assesses, engages, and hires talent • Use AI, automation, and modern recruiting technology to improve recruiting efficiency • Identify bottlenecks or problems early and proactively resolve them • Move quickly while maintaining a high bar for skills, mindset, culture, and company fit • Deliver consistently against hiring needs and business priorities • Build strong pipelines and keep hiring managers and candidates moving • Take accountability for hiring outcomes and continuously improve recruiting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning recruitment processes within SaaS, technology, startup, or similarly fast-paced environments • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, including identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent • Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility for delivering results • Highly proactive — see what needs to happen and take action rather than waiting for instructions • Structured and organised, with the ability to manage several recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with hiring managers • Comfortable challenging existing processes and introducing better ways of working • Tech-savvy and genuinely interested in using AI, automation, and new technology as part of everyday work • Commercial and results-oriented, with a strong understanding that successful recruitment is ultimately about delivering the right people to the business • Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities change, decisions happen quickly, and everyone is expected to contribute beyond immediate responsibilities • Experience working as a consultant, contractor, embedded recruiter, or in another delivery-focused environment is considered an advantage
