📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement • Conduct proactive cold outreach by phone (required) • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers • Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously • Deliver high-quality candidates for urgent and ongoing client needs • Partner with Business Development to support existing and new healthcare clients • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Canada • Eligible to complete a W-8BEN tax form • Ability to receive payments in U.S. Dollars (USD) • Reliable internet connection and professional home office • Strong organizational and time management skills
