📋 Description

• Proactively contact customers who abandoned their carts to complete purchases • Help pet owners choose suitable products for their dogs and answer product questions • Address objections, build trust, and convert warm leads into completed sales • Transform near-buyers into loyal, repeat customers • Work with leaders and use training resources to improve conversion and customer connection • Operate with uncapped commission within the company’s sales operations • Work from home using communication tools and platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Highly driven, self-starting, and motivated by growth and sales performance • Knowledge, background, or passion for health and wellness • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, starting at 8 AM CST • Reliable internet and equipment • Fast, reliable laptop or desktop computer with working microphone, camera, and headset • Ability to run the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously • Ethernet connection strongly preferred • Minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload dedicated bandwidth • Latency under approximately 150ms • Jitter under approximately 30ms • Packet loss under approximately 1%
