• Spearhead the global onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless entry into our digital ecosystem • Manage high-impact pipeline reporting and deal registrations within the partner portal to drive sales accuracy • Solve complex partner queries and PRM tool issues to maintain high levels of engagement and operational efficiency • Analyze critical tool metrics and usage data to provide actionable insights for sales leadership • Facilitate the partner learning journey by managing global access to essential enablement and training materials • Develop and implement ad-hoc SPIFF’s as to focus on specific business objectives. Analyze partner sales data and performance metrics to calculate accruals and payments • Monitor outstanding claims and follow up with partners to resolve disputes or incomplete submissions • Maintain and enhance analytical tools and systems, recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance • Maintain thorough documentation of approvals, calculations, and communications
• Proven experience within Sales Operations/Analysis in a technology/SaaS environment with progressing responsibilities • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing and highly dynamic environment • Relevant Bachelors degree, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Excel, Qliksense, Domo or Tableau preferred • Advanced English verbal and written communication and presentation skills • High degree of numeracy and proven ability to work with large and complex datasets • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, and drive cross-functional teams to meet common goals is essential
