📋 Description

• Own the financial health of the product portfolio, including ARR, churn, and contribution margin • Create, refine, and execute the global product vision and strategy for the market segment • Ensure high-quality product management across the end-to-end lifecycle • Identify market opportunities through segmentation and competitive intelligence • Lead the organization’s transition from traditional product management to AI-native Product Definers • Define business-area vision and multi-generation capability roadmaps aligned with Trimble Unity and the broader Trimble platform strategy • Evolve roadmaps toward agentic capabilities using the centralized context layer • Ensure products are AI-ready with robust APIs and documentation • Conduct AI-driven Voice of the Customer activities and market research • Analyze TAM and PAM to identify untapped growth opportunities • Define business models and demonstrable customer ROI • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on pricing models and product bundles • Direct AI-driven prototypes and proof-of-concepts for user validation • Lead and mentor product leaders managing complex SaaS portfolios from conception through global launch • Establish cross-functional relationships and remove organizational obstacles • Own business-area KPIs including revenue, bookings, churn, and contribution margin • Partner with Engineering and Business Operations on usage metrics and product analytics • Devise and run experiments to measure demand and business-model performance • Shift the operating model to agent-led, human-assisted software-delivery orchestration • Standardize hyper-granular specifications, logic, and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA automation • Mandate use of agentic tools such as Cursor and Claude for working prototypes, ensuring ethical, secure, and privacy-compliant AI usage • Deliver bookings growth, churn reduction, Product Definer certification, and AI-ready core assets

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience • 7+ years of product management experience • At least 5 years managing professional teams • Track record of building exceptional products that delight customers and produce clear business impact • Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment • Demonstrated ability to lead major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence • Growth mindset and fearless adoption of new technologies • Ability to lead an organization through AI-native transformation • Flexibility to work effectively in a global organization across various time zones and cultures
