📋 Description

• Lead multiple client engagements focused on digital transformation and AI/ML solutions in life sciences • Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to design and implement scalable business, AI, and data science solutions • Maintain strong client presence, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor • Translate business challenges into actionable AI/data strategies and communicate effectively internally and with clients • Develop business development narratives that balance technical depth with business relevance • Drive business development through solution design, proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership • Mentor managers and junior consultants, fostering collaboration across global teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred • 8+ years of experience in life sciences consulting with focus on digital strategy and analytics • Experience working with offshore delivery models and global teams • Ability to think strategically and translate business problems into AI/data solutions • Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) • Familiarity with pharma data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, claims data)
