📋 Description

• Lead technical onboarding for complex customers, integrating Triple Whale APIs, JS pixel, and server-side data flows. • Collaborate with customer development teams to ensure successful and timely deployment as their dedicated technical point of contact. • Develop implementation plans, surface best practices, and assist with light scripting using Python, SQL, and APIs for custom use cases. • Serve as an embedded technical partner to Customer Success Managers, guiding top accounts on product adoption, tracking setup, and advanced configurations. • Participate in escalations requiring deep technical investigation, using Postman, DevTools, and logs to identify and resolve issues. • Partner with Product and Engineering on implementation-related gaps, blockers, and feature requests. • Design repeatable onboarding flows and reusable solution patterns for complex integrations. • Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and enablement for the Customer Success organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must currently be based in Australia and be legally authorised to work in Australia. • 5+ years in solutions/implementation engineering with strong customer-facing experience. • Hands-on expertise with RESTful APIs, SQL, JavaScript (tracking/pixels), and light backend scripting (Python/Node). • Proven ability to troubleshoot integrations end-to-end, including webhooks, pixels, API authentication, and data flows, using tools like Postman, cURL, and DevTools. • Strong communication skills to translate complex technical topics for both development and non-technical audiences. • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, Shopify, attribution, LTV/ROAS, and modern cloud/network fundamentals. • Track record of partnering with Customer Success teams, gathering customer feedback, and managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
