• Implement, maintain and optimize a forward-looking CRM system • Act as the interface between operational business units and IT • Advise stakeholders on process analysis and optimization • Prioritize requirements • Create implementation concepts and define technical specifications • Take ownership of the current CRM solution • Provide functional coordination of the CRM team • Provide process consulting and develop solution concepts • Project management for implemented optimization measures • Adapt the system from a process perspective in line with company requirements • User support and training • Rollout of a new, company-wide CRM solution • Ensure up-to-date system documentation
• Completed commercial or technical training, or equivalent professional experience • Several years of experience in project and process management (ideally both Agile and traditional waterfall methodologies) • Knowledge of various CRM systems • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Excellent communication and confident presentation skills in both German and English • Exceptional customer and service orientation • Willingness to travel
