📋 Description
• Supporting TRM’s global Go To Market (“GTM”) team with various commercial agreements • Taking primary responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating vendor agreements • Owning significant legal operations projects like enhancing our Legal team’s in-house use of AI tools
🎯 Requirements
• 3-4 years at a top law firm or high-growth technology company • J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, with current bar admission in at least one U.S. state • Experience supporting a fast-paced, dynamic sales function • Experience negotiating technical vendor and SaaS agreements • Extraordinary communicator who is a service-oriented self-starter • Must be solution-oriented and client-friendly in a fast-paced environment • Must have executive presence to successfully negotiate
