📋 Description

• Build and maintain the curated Cortex data layer using dbt models and transformations from raw sources to trusted tables • Design a scalable transformation architecture for future datasets and use cases • Define and standardize core business calculations such as ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasting • Create and maintain the semantic layer as the company’s single source of truth • Build and own official dashboards, metrics, and reporting on top of the data foundation • Translate GTM and RevOps questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and recommendations • Establish a governed, documented curated layer and standardized revenue-metric definitions • Launch official self-serve dashboards during the first six months

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL and hands-on data modeling • Experience with dbt or an equivalent transformation framework • Proven dashboard and BI expertise focused on clear, decision-driving views • Strong data-visualization sensibility, including graph and relationship visualization • Strong metric-definition skills • Ability to own the full path from raw data to model, metric, and dashboard • Business-oriented approach to translating GTM and RevOps questions into data • BigQuery and modern data stack experience preferred • Python for heavier transformations preferred • Experience in a GTM, RevOps, or commercial-analytics context preferred • Comfortable partnering directly with stakeholders and presenting insights preferred • Applied AI fluency; candidates are evaluated on AI use during interviews
