📋 Description

• Build and revise custom forms using the internal no-code form-building tool • Understand client form purposes and business requirements and translate them into effective configurations • Communicate with clients through Zendesk to clarify requirements and provide support • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and platform capabilities • Map forms to existing platform fields • Participate in application testing and quality assurance • Provide training and support to end users building their own templates • Manage multiple concurrent requests and shifting priorities • Perform other duties as needed

• Strong customer service skills • Ability to understand and translate client requirements • Ability to learn new SaaS platforms and internal tools quickly • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines • Professional client-facing communication • Microsoft Office proficiency • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Reliable internet connection and a laptop • Must be currently based in Latin America
