📋 Description

• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and support executive decision-making processes • Perform data modeling using DAX and Power Query (M), following established best practices for optimal performance and scalability • Assist in developing and automating ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • Partner with senior team members to gather reporting requirements and translate complex business needs into clear analytical solutions • Support documentation and validation of data sources, KPIs, and business logic to maintain reporting consistency and data integrity • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, dashboard usability, and overall data quality

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a closely related role • Foundational proficiency with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL (e.g., SQL Server, BigQuery) • Direct exposure to or basic experience using ETL tools like SSIS, Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent platforms • Strong capability to interpret complex datasets and partner with business teams to generate meaningful insights • Eager to learn new technologies • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Are you currently based in Latin America?
