• Produce high-quality marketing and production design assets • Collaborate with designers, strategists, writers, and producers • Work within existing design systems and brand guidelines • Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to streamline creative workflows • Prepare production-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail • Participate in creative reviews and iterations

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Production Design experience • Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop • Advanced Figma • Experience using Claude and AI tools in professional workflows • Laptop and reliable internet connection for remote work • Nice to have: Adobe Illustrator • Nice to have: After Effects • Nice to have: Motion graphics knowledge • Nice to have: Experience in agency environments • Nice to have: Experience with AI experimentation in creative environments
